I've noticed, though, that when I wake up and before sitting down to work, if I take a bath, get dressed and do my makeup and hair, I'm energized for the rest of the day and I work a lot faster, too. I don't know if it makes me feel sexier, perse, but I am definitely more productive. While I do not wear makeup and dress nicely every waking hour, I do when I expect to see people, including my better half. He can't seem to understand why, if I am only running down to the corner convenient store for a second, that it means taking a shower, if I have been working, and changing my clothes. Although, he loves for me to wear makeup, and skirts, shorts long and short, and hated it when we first met that I wouldn't wear shorts. I have very long legs, and have been known for them my whole life, when I went through a period when they weren't being exercised the way that they should, and didn't meet my personal expectations, I quite showing them off for awhile. This angered him greatly. He told me he fell in love with my legs the moment he laid eyes on me, but he never dreamed he would never be given the opportunity to see them. So grudgingly I started little by little letting them peak out in a skirt and shorts again, much to his delight. As far as changing the way you feel inside, it's a given.
